Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for Senior Salesforce Business Analysts to join our team. This role includes: Leading functional analysis in Salesforce/Vlocity projects. Defining the functional architecture for insurance sector projects. Mentoring and supervising junior and mid-level Business Analysts. Interlocution with Senior-level stakeholders. Designing the migration and cutover strategy. Applying Design Thinking techniques for solution definition. Contributing to the preparation of RFPs/SOWs. Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders in different departments and technology providers when required by the project. +5 years of experience in the insurance sector. 3 or more end-to-end Salesforce FSC/Vlocity implementations. Experience leading Business Analyst teams. Knowledge of ACORD models. Experience in Core projects in LATAM. Advanced Salesforce FSC and Vlocity (CPQ/Claims). Knowledge of ACORD Standards and Change Management. Integration architecture and Process Mining. Language skills will be a plus. 💼 Conditions: Permanent contract. Remote work modality.
