The Senior Technical Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting the delivery of technology solutions for energy efficiency and utility programs. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, program teams, and ICF subject matter experts to understand complex program needs, translate those needs into clear business and system requirements, coordinate testing and validation, and support successful implementation of technology solutions.
