Position Overview The Training Solution Consultant will serve as an embedded training and user-support resource for an assigned Tier 1 Subject Matter Expert (SME) team. The consultant will help ensure end users receive timely, site-specific support; identify and coordinate refresher-training needs; provide input on training-content updates; and strengthen adoption of processes, systems, and tools supported by the Tier. The consultant is expected to become an integrated member of the assigned Tier team and act as a connector among end users, SMEs, training stakeholders, local sites, and the Access and Training program offices.
