Become a part of our caring community The Technology Solutions Professional supports the quality and reliability of technology solutions by testing software applications and system configurations to ensure they function as expected and meet defined business requirements. Main responsibilities Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on defined business and functional requirements. Perform functional, regression, integration, and configuration testing to identify defects and validate system functionality. Document defects clearly, including expected and actual results, and track issues through resolution. Partner with developers, business analysts, product teams, and other stakeholders to investigate, reproduce, and resolve defects. Retest resolved defects and validate that fixes meet expected requirements without introducing additional issues. Document testing activities, results, issues, and supporting evidence in accordance with established QA processes. Communicate testing progress, identified risks, defects, and resolution status to team members and management. Participate in requirements reviews, refinement sessions, and other team discussions to understand upcoming functionality and identify potential testing needs. Support the development and continuous improvement of testing standards, processes, documentation, and procedures.
