Become a part of our caring community The Senior IT Professional – Medical Devices is responsible for coordinating the technology lifecycle and operational support of medical devices across Primary Care clinics. This role serves as a central technology point of coordination across clinic teams, enterprise IT, security, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to ensure medical devices are implemented, maintained, supported, upgraded, and remediated effectively.The Senior IT Professional – Medical Devices is responsible for coordinating the technology lifecycle and operational support of medical devices across Primary Care clinics. This role serves as a central technology point of coordination across clinic teams, enterprise IT, security, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to ensure medical devices are implemented, maintained, supported, upgraded, and remediated effectively. The position provides end-to-end coordination for medical device installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and technology-related issues, with a strong focus on minimizing disruption to providers and clinical staff. The role also drives medical-device technology compliance and risk remediation activities, including timely resolution of VITs, IOPs, vulnerabilities, lifecycle risks, and other identified compliance gaps.
