Become a part of our caring community We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Data Caching Platform Engineer with deep expertise in distributed caching technologies, automation, and software development. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Managed Redis (AMR), Google Cloud Memorystore (Valkey/Redis), Terraform, and cloud-native platform engineering, along with experience supporting Redis Enterprise in on-premises environments. This role is responsible for designing, developing, automating, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale data-caching platforms across cloud and on-premises environments. The successful candidate will combine strong engineering skills with operational excellence to deliver secure, scalable, highly available, and resilient caching services that support critical business applications. Key Responsibilities Design, engineer, automate, and support enterprise data-caching platforms, including Azure Managed Redis (AMR), Google Cloud Memorystore (Valkey/Redis), and Redis Enterprise across cloud and on-premises environments. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation solutions, and deployment frameworks using Terraform and modern scripting languages. Provide Level 3 engineering support for production platforms, including participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation, troubleshooting complex incidents, and leading root cause analysis efforts.
