Your responsibilities: Develop industry-leading targeted attributes for EV power electronics; Lead architecture development and key component design for power stage and control electronics; Create and execute innovative designs and processes in all aspects of power electronics products; Engage with industry and academic consortiums and conferences to promote technology positions and build a talent pipeline. Your qualifications: Demonstrated skills and abilities as might be expected from a person with: Experience with DCDC converters simulation, schematic capture, and layout; Experience with PFC (power factor controller), LLC, and gate drive circuitry design; Demonstrated capability in creating and executing innovative ideas in converter design and/or in relevant technologies mentioned above; Hands-on electrical hardware testing/debugging capability; Good communication skills; verbal and written with global cultural sensitivity ; Ability to work within a constrained deadline (quotes are t
