About the role As a Talent Development Program Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, building, and executing modern learning programs at Human Interest . You will act as both an instructional designer and an engaging facilitator, mixing strategy with storytelling to create resources, processes, and experiences that shape careers and drive our high-performance culture.
