As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner , you will manage recruitment from role intake through offer acceptance and handover to the People Operations team. You will hire across functions and countries, help managers make informed hiring decisions, and keep candidates informed throughout the process. You will also help improve how we recruit as the company grows. This role reports to the Director of People & Culture. What you’ll do Partner with hiring managers to clarify the business need, role scope, required skills, compensation range, and interview plan before launching an approved search. Manage multiple searches across technical and non-technical roles, set clear timelines, and keep hiring managers accountable for feedback and decisions. Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, job postings, and relevant professional networks. Adapt your approach to the role and local talent market. Conduct screening interviews, assess candidates against agreed criteria, and help managers use structured interviews and practical assessments. Keep candidates informed, coordinate interviews across time zones, and provide timely follow-up from first contact through the hiring decision.
