Prerequisites Your Tasks: Development and optimization of automations and functions in Zoho Apps. Programming custom micro-apps based on our homebase (Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL). Development and expansion of our CRM using Deluge scripting and custom functions. Creation of proprietary technical solutions through programming, Excel macros, or the integration of AI platforms. Analysis, optimization, and documentation of existing business processes. Development and implementation of technical solutions to increase efficiency. Collaboration with specialist departments to identify and implement potential improvements. Support in the introduction of new systems and tools. Your strengths are in demand: Basic programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or VBA). Interest in developing applications and automations yourself—rather than solely coordinating requirements. Logical thinking and a good understanding of data structures and data models.
