Operations Manager (BBS898)

Operations Manager We're looking for an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day delivery of US production, inventory, fulfilment, and logistics through an outsourced 3PL and co-manufacturing partner. You will set daily priorities, hold partners accountable to commitments, resolve operational issues end to end, and give the Operations Director accurate reporting and practical recommendations so they can manage the overall plan and make decisions. This is a hands-on ownership role. You are not coordinating from a distance. You are the main day-to-day point of accountability for US operations, covering a 3PL relationship, a co-manufacturer relationship, multi-channel fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and financial controls. If you have 5 or more years of experience in fulfilment, logistics, inventory, or production, have managed outsourced 3PL and co-manufacturer relationships at a manager level, and can show evidence of independent ownership rather than just task execution, this role is a strong fit.
