To support our growing team of Revenue Managers, we are launching our own internal Revenue Management School , and we are now hiring a dedicated Trainer to lead this initiative. Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Revenue Management professional with a passion for teaching and training. As our Revenue Management Trainer , you will be responsible for running our internal training program, delivering daily learning sessions, creating high-quality educational content, and developing structured courses for our LMS (such as LearnDash or LifterLMS). Your role will be central to ensuring our team stays ahead of industry best practices and is equipped with the latest tools and strategies. Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct daily or weekly live training sessions for our internal Revenue Management team Write and maintain clear, well-structured educational material on all aspects of revenue management Create comprehensive training modules and structured courses for our LMS platform Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and strategies in hotel revenue management and integrate them into training Develop onboarding programs for new hires and upskilling tracks for experienc
