Today, we are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the company’s fleet operations, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, high service quality, and a positive employee experience. YOU WILL Manage the end-to-end vehicle lifecycle, including ordering, leasing, maintenance, insurance, and replacement. Manage relationships with leasing companies, suppliers, dealerships, and service providers. Monitor fleet costs, budgets, utilization, and performance KPIs. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with external partners. Ensure fleet compliance with legal, safety, insurance, and company requirements. Manage fleet policies and provide support to employees on fleet-related matters. Identify opportunities to optimize costs, processes, and fleet efficiency. Support sustainability initiatives, including fleet electrification. Prepare regular fleet reports and analyses. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
