Title: Human Resources Implementation & Support Consultant (Remote - Canada) MediSolution is seeking a Human Resources Implementation & Support Consultant with experience in Human Resources processes and systems to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with healthcare clients and internal teams to implement, support, and enhance our Human Resources solutions. You will help clients achieve their business objectives by understanding their requirements, translating business processes into effective system solutions, and providing high-quality ongoing support. This is a client-facing role that combines implementation, application support, business analysis, project coordination, training, testing, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is a curious and analytical problem solver who enjoys understanding how things work, investigating issues, and finding practical solutions. You are comfortable working independently, taking ownership of issues, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. We also value individuals who are open to new technologies and can appropriately use AI and other modern tools to improve efficiency, research, documentation, analysis, and client service. What your impact will be: Implement new customers from start to finish, including requirements gathering, business-process analysis, system configuration, programming formulas, testing, training, documentation, and transition to ongoing support. Provide
