Title: Virtual Clinical Therapist Reports to: Director of Telehealth Department/Location: Remote FLSA Status: Exempt Requirements and Schedule: Licensure: Must be independently licensed as a therapist in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC). Highly preferred 3 years post independent licensure experience. Seeking experience in IOP/PHP settings. Ability to be cross licensed Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12p-8:30p EST Role Summary: Virtual Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will use telehealth to facilitate 1:1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.
