This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping clients unlock the full value of Salesforce technologies. While not required, experience with AI, Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development tools is highly desirable as organizations continue to integrate intelligent automation into their digital ecosystems. Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform-native automation. Develop integrations to connect Salesforce with enterprise systems. Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical designs and high-quality implementations. Build secure, performant data models and application architectures aligned with Salesforce best practices. Support full SDLC activities including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support. Troubleshoot complex issues across application, integration, and performance layers. Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, analysts, and QA teams within an Agile delivery model.
