The professional will work on Java system development and support. Additional information: Experience with agile methodologies (Kanban); Java EE/J2EE, JavaScript, jQuery, Hibernate, and JPA; Experience with Apache Struts 1.x and Struts 2; Configuration and maintenance of legacy applications; Creation of Actions, Interceptors, Validators, and Tiles; Customization of frameworks and components; Integration with ORM frameworks and service layers; Migration and modernization of Struts applications to more current architectures; Spring Framework (MVC, Data, Batch, and REST); Solid knowledge in developing systems with a distributed, resilient, scalable, and high-performance architecture; Experience with version control in Azure; Knowledge of SQL databases; Knowledge of Design Patterns and REST APIs. We will be thrilled if, on top of all that, you have: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); Experience with containers.
