Participate in refinement meetings to understand the demand and draft technical documents for the engineering team; Topology Design: Define the ideal integration pattern for each scenario (Point-to-Point, Hub-and-Spoke, Event-Driven, or Service Mesh); API Strategy: Lead the API lifecycle (API First), defining contracts (Swagger/OAS), security policies (OAuth, Rate Limiting), and governance; Data Mapping: Ensure data integrity and transformation between different object models (e.g., transforming JSON from a proprietary system into the Salesforce data model); Monitoring and Resilience: Design error-handling mechanisms, retries, and logs to ensure no transaction is lost. Integration Patterns: Deep mastery of REST, SOAP, Webhooks, Pub/Sub, and ETL/ELT; Security: Solid knowledge of authentication and authorization (mTLS, JWT, API Key).
