MAIN PURPOSE: Verify that all products entering and leaving the warehouse (supplies and empty balances) are in optimal quantities and conditions, based on institutional policies and processes, to ensure proper inventory management. SPECIFIC PURPOSES: Perform correct product rotation using FIFO (PEPS) to avoid losses due to expiration. Verify truck loading and any other product dispatch to maintain control over inventory. Operate the SAP system to keep a record of warehouse entries, exits, and write-offs of out-of-spec products. Perform gasoline and diesel reconciliation to maintain control of fuel consumed on routes. Report the status of CO2 cylinders to prevent shortages due to lack of control. Dispatch product reserves. Verify that Warehouse Assistants handle inventory correctly to avoid product damage. Comply with efficiency standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, Environment, Industrial Safety, Ministry of Health, Environment, and safety regulations to ensure operational excellence in each process. Perform classification and correction of quantities, flavors, and presentations in the system for inventory reconciliation. University studies initiated in Administration, Auditing, or related fields. Advanced Excel knowledge. Basic SAP knowledge. Inventory control and management.
