Description: Main Responsibilities: SSV and Cluster Optimization: Perform SSV and cluster optimization in LTE, VoLTE, and 5G using OSS and field test KPIs. Analyze coverage, quality, and mobility performance to ensure compliance with project and performance goals. KPI Optimization and Parameter Tuning: Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (e.g., accessibility, retention, throughput). Perform parameter tuning and propose new features to enhance network performance. Drive the process to obtain final acceptance certificates from clients or regulatory bodies. Parameter Audits: Perform RAN parameter audits across LTE and 5G layers. Ensure consistency with network design guidelines and vendor recommendations.
