Business Analyst – Capital Markets. About the opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on strategic Capital Markets projects, acting as the interface between the business and technology areas. The professional will be responsible for translating complex financial products into functional requirements, supporting the evolution of front-to-back platforms, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in an agile, innovation-driven environment. Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements; Translate complex financial products into business rules, functional specifications, data mappings, and acceptance criteria; Prepare test scenarios, UAT materials, and production validation evidence; Work closely with Development, QA, Product Owners, and business areas; Support initiatives related to the full lifecycle of financial operations (Front-to-Back); Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel; Work with agile methodologies using Jira and Confluence; Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to increase productivity in documentation, requirements analysis, automation, and other Business Analysis activities. Mandatory requirements: Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, or equivalent role.
