Potential roles: Support Analyst: Customer service and support, resolving questions and difficulties with the product and/or service; Support Intern: Assists in customer service and support to resolve questions and difficulties with the product and/or service; Implementation Analyst: Responsible for all stages of system implementation, as well as being the liaison between the client and the company; Implementation Intern: Assists in system implementation and the liaison between client and company; Integration Analyst: Ensures the compliance of integrations between systems in implementation projects; Project Office Analyst: Responsible for activities related to project management; Project Manager: Manages system implementation, migration, customization, and parameterization projects; Project Intern: Assists in administrative activities related to project management; Project Trainee: Recently graduated professional responsible for activities related to project management. Academic Background: Complete Higher Education or currently enrolled.
