You will be part of the E-commerce tribe at Grupo Boticário, working directly with the Omni Journey team. Our focus is to ensure a frictionless shopping experience by connecting digital channels (Website and App) with our physical store network and direct sales. You know when you buy on the App and choose "Click & Collect" or receive a "Super Express" delivery at your home within a few hours? Our team makes that magic happen! We take care of both the end-consumer experience and the underlying engineering (communication with inventory, franchises, and resellers). This is a critical journey with high volume and a direct business impact. In your daily routine, you will be responsible for: Developing solutions across multiple solution layers, performing unit tests, deploying and monitoring, as well as ensuring quality and programming best practices. Improving applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations, and designing and implementing systems. Enhancing system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures. Maintaining, improving, and reviewing existing code through code reviews and pair programming. Keeping documentation up to date and acting as a technical mentor for other developers, sharing programming best practices with the team.
