Salary: $100,000+ plus commission This is a REMOTE territory based position located in Southern Michigan and North Eastern Indiana PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT The Agronomy Account Manager is responsible for driving consultative sales of seed and crop protection products to corn and soybean producers, managing an assigned geographic territory, and delivering field-level agronomic support to row-crop producers. This is a high-autonomy, farmer-first role combining agronomic expertise with a strong commercial focus to grow the company's book of business season over season. This position operates fully remote from a home office. Responsibilities: Responsible for prospecting potential sub dealers. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience throughout the sales and agronomic support cycle.
