Senior Site Reliability Engineer

💼 The Scoop on the Role: As an integral member of Grouper ’s Platform Operations Team, this role will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to deploy, maintain, and monitor our live services. Operating within our Service Delivery Team, you will concentrate on the design, deployment, and operation of our development, pre-production, and production of GRC and HRIS services, as well as their underlying platform. Your responsibilities will encompass implementing and managing the tools and technologies vital to our mission-critical core operations processes, including data ingestion, validation, scheduling, risk assessment, analytics, and modeling. The role's areas of focus: Service Delivery Team Collaboration: Working closely with development teams, engineering teams, and product owners to foster seamless collaboration within the Service Delivery Team. Solution Compliance Assurance: Ensuring that the solution meets all requirements for availability, security, monitoring, alerting, and scaling to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
