Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Financials Principal Consultant to join our Financials practice. This individual will serve as a senior leader on client engagements, providing strategic guidance, driving solution design, and ensuring successful delivery of Workday Financials implementations. The Principal Consultant will mentor junior team members, collaborate across practices, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. Key Responsibilities Lead Workday Financials implementations and optimization projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery Partner with client executives and stakeholders to define requirements, translate business needs into Workday solutions, and advise on best practices Provide hands-on expertise in one or more Workday Financials modules (e.g., Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Grants, Inventory, or Business Assets) Oversee solution design sessions and guide the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Financials Mentor and develop consultants within the Financials practice, fostering knowledge growth and skill development Collaborate with other practice leads (HCM, Adapti
