As we expand our Talent practice, we are looking for experienced Eightfold consultants to help clients unlock the full value of their talent strategy. The Role The Eightfold Consultant, Talent Management will lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of Eightfold AI’s Talent Intelligence Platform. This role partners closely with client stakeholders to translate talent strategies into scalable system solutions across areas such as recruiting, internal mobility, career planning, skills intelligence, and workforce planning. This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional knowledge, consulting presence, and hands-on configuration expertise. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Delivery Lead discovery sessions to understand client talent strategy and business goals Design and configure Eightfold Talent Management solutions aligned to best practices Provide expertise across recruiting, internal mobility, skills architecture, career pathing, and workforce planning Translate business requirements into functional design documentation Support data mapping, integrations, testing, and deployment Implementation & Optimization Configure Eightfold modules including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Skills, and
