YouTube Product Manager Intern

We’re looking for a YouTube Product Manager Intern to join our English-speaking team! You’ll work alongside an experienced team and progressively take ownership of your own channels and projects. With the goal of understanding the algorithm better than the competition, and win. 🚀 This is not a content creator internship. Your work starts with creating and developing YouTube channels for English-speaking markets, grounded in research! Keywords, search intent, competitors, content opportunities. On a typical day, you'll: Produce videos at scale: ideas, scripts, voice-over, thumbnails and publishing Help build SEO-driven content strategies designed to rank Remix and repurpose existing content to test new keywords, angles and formats Optimise titles, thumbnails and hooks based on performance Track rankings, CTR, retention, traffic and conversions Run experiments, analyse the results and decide what to test next Use AI and automation throughout the
