Greenhouse is looking for a Vice President, Security to lead company-wide security strategy and execution across product security, corporate security, and information security. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role will lead the Security team and create trust by protecting candidate and employee data. This leader will take a first-principles approach to evolving our security program as we scale to our next stage of growth and complexity. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team and R&D Leadership Team, you’ll advise executive leadership and the Board on security posture, risk, and investments. You’ll also partner closely with Product, Legal, Engineering, Privacy, Sales, and Customer Success as Greenhouse scales its data platform and AI-enabled product capabilities responsibly.
