You'll be the person who takes the hardest problems, decides how to solve them, and gets them live, working directly with our founders on what to build and why. This is a builder role first. You own features from the first line of code to the moment players are using them, and you do it with real ownership rather than a queue of tickets. Check out the GoodRec app here: What you'll do As a Senior Software Engineer, you will: Own features end to end across our iOS and Android app, from the first line of code to the moment players in 80+ cities are using them. Take the hardest technical problems and make the call on how to solve them. You set the approach, you make the tradeoffs, and you're accountable for what ships. Build the internal tools and automations that keep GoodRec running, scripting away the manual work and wiring our systems together so the whole team moves faster. Own the security and reliability
