Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve computer, printer, and peripheral device problems. Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, ticketing systems, or in person. Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
