Role Overview: Could you be our next Licensing Specialist ? Globe Life is looking for a Licensing Specialist to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for initiating and monitoring the full lifecycle of agent appointments across Globe Life companies, ensuring agents meet all required federal and state licensing criteria. You will maintain accurate agent records across multiple internal and regulatory systems, support compliance, and enable downstream processes such as commission payments. This position requires a strong sense of urgency, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and professionalism. This is a remote / work-from-home position. What You Will Do: Initiate and monitor the lifecycle of agents appointed with various Globe Life companies to authorize product sales. Maintain accurate agent records across multiple systems, including Mainframe, SOAR, CELS, OnBase, and government portals.
