This position reports to: Product Marketing Manager, Distribution Solutions, Grid Components __ Position Summary: We are seeking a technically proficient and driven Senior Technical Business Developer to lead customer engagement for our sub-transmission portfolio, focusing on 72.5–145 kV Dead Tank Circuit Breakers. This hybrid role bridges product management and sales, ensuring our f-gas-free, digital-ready DTB solutions meet evolving utility needs and position us as a market leader. This position reports directly to the Product Marketing Director and functionally to the Global Portfolio Management of Grid Components. This is a remote position. Candidates can be located anywhere in the US, with preference for Cary, NC or Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities: Market strategy & growth — Drive U.S. sub‑transmission market expansion by developing new utility/EPC/OEM opportunities, shaping go‑to‑market plans, and securing product homologation. Technical leadership — Act as the primary technical interface, leading configuration discussions, advanced feature evaluations, and pre‑sales solution design.
