Salesforce Technical Lead | Remote - 136170 (Alphaville - Barueri, BR)

What we are looking for: We are looking for a Technical Lead to work on a global project focused on the development and architecture of solutions on the Salesforce platform. This professional will be responsible for release management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure scalable, maintainable technical implementations aligned with business objectives. Remote work and CLT Full employment contract. Responsibilities: Develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business objectives and project requirements; Provide support and maintenance for the Salesforce instance; Write code in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura); Explore Salesforce Out-of-the-Box (OOB) configuration to optimize development without coding; Produce technical documentation, including prototypes, flowcharts, sequence diagrams, and architecture designs; Ensure the creation of test plans that meet functional, technical, and quality requirements; Perform code reviews and development of other team members; Exercise technical leadership and mentor the development team; Conduct onboarding of new team members; Define architecture and coding standards; Perform post-deploy validation and smoke tests of delivered features; Monitor the health of the environment and developed code; Approve technical documentation produced by the team; Adapt code to consolidated development design patterns, such as OOP, MVCS, and Domain Layer.
