About the role: We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to source, vet, and hire vital healthcare talent to scale our nationwide at-home diagnostic services. You will own full-cycle recruitment, building high-performing clinical and operational teams in a fast-paced startup environment. At Getlabs , you will: Recruiting Partner with Director of Talent on strategy, recruiting and reporting Source and engage qualified phlebotomists and medical assistants Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience Evaluate candidates for clinical excellence and compassionate, patient-centric care Ensure candidates meet background check and credentialing requirements Hire across full-time, part-time, and PRN roles for nationwide coverage Develop and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on the needs of the business.
