Senior AI Engineer — Python & Agents (LangGraph)

We are bringing agentic AI to the daily routine of clinics: agents that converse with patients and teams via WhatsApp and execute real business tasks. Your mission will be to work on the maintenance and evolution of these agents. Responsibilities: Maintain and evolve agents already built in LangChain/LangGraph, from architecture to code. Build the agent's tools connected to the clinic's business and integrate them into our APIs and WhatsApp. Ensure the reliability of flows: persistent state between conversations, queues, retries, and error handling. Measure quality, cost, and latency of agents with evals, logs, and metrics. Be a technical reference in AI for the team and collaborate with Product in planning deliveries. Requirements Python in production with FastAPI and Pydantic. Experience with LangChain and LangGraph, or another agent framework and willingness to work with LangGraph. Having integrated LLMs into a real application: tool calling, structured outputs, and RAG. PostgreSQL or MySQL. Automated testing (Pytest) and best practices like Clean Architecture. Asynchronous processing: queues, webhooks, or messaging. Nice-to-haves LLM evaluation (evals) and tools like Langfuse or LangSmith.
