Program Manager

JOB SUMMARY: Genesis Consulting has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, proactive Program Manager to lead a Federal Client’s project centered around Data Management and Analytics. Join our team and leverage your expertise in cloud-based data management, governance, and analytics to transform data capabilities across Federal agencies. Work with teams that are rapidly delivering value to their customers leveraging concepts of Lean, Agile, Kanban and SAFe. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Program Manager will oversee project execution, ensuring high standards of quality and performance while utilizing Agile methodologies to drive process improvements. Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) between the contractor and government stakeholders ensuring effective communication and alignment with project objectives. Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate work across multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with FPAC policies and cloud security standards. Lead risk assessments and manage change processes, ensuring project adaptability to emerging challenges.
