They build trusting relationships with participants to provide guidance and counseling throughout the learning process and during their employability phase. Generation participants range from recent graduates to mid-career professionals with the capabilities needed to upskill and access job opportunities. Generation mentors must be driven by a passion for the social sector and possess a growth mindset and personal accountability.
