HOW A QUALITY PROCESS MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Join GDIT to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) through the Infrastructure Operations Support Services program. As the Quality & Process Manager, you will lead enterprise quality management across Infrastructure Operations—ensuring all deliverables, operational outputs, and service line activities consistently meet VA performance standards. You will oversee quality governance, develop and maintain quality control plans, direct compliance reviews, validate documentation accuracy, and ensure adherence to VA’s technical, schedule, cost, staffing, and management performance metrics.
