Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Associate to support deal execution and portfolio management at Gate Ventures. This position involves hands-on sourcing, diligence, and working closely with Partners on high-impact investments. Key Responsibilities Source potential investments through network, research, and proactive outreach. Conduct in-depth due diligence on protocols, teams, markets, and token models. Build financial models, analyze on-chain data, and prepare investment memos. Support deal negotiation, term sheet drafting, and closing processes. Monitor and support existing portfolio companies, including performance tracking and founder assistance. Contribute to market research, thesis development, and internal reporting. Assist in pipeline management and weekly updates on opportunities. Qualifications and Requirements 3–5 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, private equity, or crypto operations/research (prior crypto VC or protocol experience strongly preferred).
