Data Engineer

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join an important Argentine fintech company. The main objective of the person in this role will be to provide data-based solutions that optimize the time and effort involved in manual processes, as well as facilitate the implementation of new processes. Modality: 100% remote Let me tell you more about the vacancy! Responsibilities: Design data models (Snowflake). Develop data models using Databricks notebooks (SQL, Python, Scala). Design data extractions from different sources (APIs, Relational DBs, Non-Relational DBs, Files, etc.). Identify repetitive behaviors and propose reusable functions. Identify proposed improvements in the solution architecture. Requirements: Experience in cloud architecture, preferably in Azure. Advanced knowledge of Databricks, including the use of Unity Catalog, Clusters, and Data Catalog. Proficiency in languages such as SQL and Python. Experience in data modeling, including methodologies such as Bottom-Up, Top-Down, Snowflake, Dimensionality, and Measures. Experience in the effective use of version control tools such as GitHub, including managing repositories, branches, and Pull Requests.
