Junior Operations Analyst

Your mission as a Junior Operations Analyst will be: Analyze orders, medical prescriptions, medical reports, and other documents necessary for care. Validate order eligibility according to the rules established by the client's program. Evaluate technical aspects related to medications, prescriptions, and clinical documentation. Approve, reject, or request completions for orders, according to defined criteria. Forward approved orders to partner distributors. Monitor order status and act on pending issues, delays, or delivery problems. Keep records and operational controls up to date, ensuring order traceability. For this, we expect you to have: Technical degree in Nursing or Pharmacy. Knowledge of medications, prescriptions, recipes, and clinical documentation. Ability to interpret and validate technical order information.
