Director of E-commerce Supply Chain

Position: Director of Supply Chain Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Employer Company : EAK Distribution Reports To: COO / Integrator Job Type: Full Time, Remote Salary: Up to $4000 Work Hours: 8 AM - 12 PM EST, with flexibility to coordinate with external partners in PST and occasional communication with Chinese suppliers. Role (Overview of the Position) The Director of Supply Chain is a senior leadership role responsible for building and managing the end-to-end supply chain infrastructure that will scale HOME GROWN from ~$20M to $100M+ in revenue. This position owns the full physical flow of goods: raw material procurement (domestic and international), vendor management including overseas finished goods suppliers, production coordination with Heirloom Organics, inventory planning and demand forecasting, inbound/outbound logistics, and multi-channel fulfillment across Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop (MCF and FBT), Shopify, Home Depot dropship, and future retail partners. Reporting to the COO/Integrator, the Director of Supply Chain leads the logistics team, owns the supply chain budget, and serves as the primary driver of ERP selection and implementation. This role must build the systems, processes, and team capable of supporting 600+ SKUs within two years while maintaining a stockout rate below 1%. This is not a maintenance role.
