THE ROLE We're building an AI-powered entertainment studio producing addictive vertical micro-drama series for US audiences, primarily women aged 35–55. We're looking for a creative director with exceptional storytelling instincts, strong cinematic taste, and a deep understanding of human emotions. Your mission is simple: turn good scripts into emotionally powerful episodes that people can't stop watching. You'll work with screenwriters, AI video creators, and editors, taking creative ownership from script review to the final finished episode. You won't need to write the scripts or generate every video yourself. Your role is to guide the creative execution, identify what needs improvement, and ensure every episode meets our standards. No AI experience? No problem
