Our Applications practice is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (SCMD) to join our Client Care Support team to form part of our Client Support capability. This role is responsible for adhering, leveraging, and maintaining comprehensive methodologies to ensuring to achieve quality results and drive customer satisfaction. The SCMD will build upon our firm's position as a trusted strategic adviser while actively engaging in supporting and evolving our client’s D365 solution through support and identification of new improvement opportunities and delivery. The SCMD will ensure quality and customer satisfaction in Forvis Mazars’s ongoing support and expertise while providing thought leadership and direction for the candidate’s domain expertise.
