Implementation Project Lead

The Client Success & Strategy team at Force Therapeutics is the engine that powers the implementation, support, success, renewal and growth of Force's growing portfolio of Hospitals, Health Systems and Orthopedic Specialty Practices throughout the US. The Client Success team works with each client in a highly customized fashion to ensure they reach their unique goals while living our mission to extend Force's reach and impact via hospitals and health system partnerships across the country. We are looking for an experienced Implementation Lead who can confidently own multiple client implementations at once and help raise the bar for the implementation team as a whole. As the Implementation Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading organizations through implementation on the Force platform. You'll own a portfolio of concurrent implementations of varying complexity, from the initial implementation kick off through first patient live and a seamless hand off to the Client Success Manager. You'll also serve as a mentor to our Implementation Associate, sharing best practices and helping build a consistent, high-quality implementation experience for every client.
