For The Children intends to fill one Regional Growth Representative position. The position may be filled by an office-based employee in Orange County, California, or a remote employee residing in the Pacific (outside of Los Angeles area) or Mountain Time Zone. This posting is for the remote (Pacific or Mountain Time) work arrangement. Candidates should apply to only one version. Through Royal Family KIDS Camp and Mentoring, we mobilize churches and volunteers to serve children in foster care. Today more than 20,000 volunteers across 45 states and 9 countries reach over 7,500 children each year - and we want to equip even more churches to join this work. We are looking for a gifted relationship builder who can make this possible. The Opportunity The Regional Growth Representative develops relationships with pastors, ministry leaders, churches, and community partners throughout an assigned region. You will introduce leaders to the mission of For The Children , help them imagine how their church could serve children in foster care, and guide interested churches toward launching a Royal Family KIDS Camp or Mentoring program.
