Real Estate Analyst

The Real Estate Analyst is responsible for providing financial, analytical, and presentation support for Flexential 's Real Estate organizations. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Real Estate, this role serves as a critical business partner in evaluating real estate investments, supporting development planning, and delivering executive-level analyses that drive strategic decision-making. The Analyst will develop and maintain financial models supporting site acquisitions, market expansions, development projects, and capital investments while creating presentation materials, including investment committee business cases for Executive Leadership, the Board of Directors, community stakeholders, and other key audiences. This role combines strong financial analysis, storytelling, and communication skills to transform complex information into actionable insights and compelling business recommendations. In addition to analytical and financial responsibilities, the Analyst will support day-to-day portfolio management activities, including landlord communications, lease administration support, and coordination of site-specific real estate initiative.
