What your team looks like: Together with your future colleagues, you will advise our customers on credit protection topics following loan disbursement. In doing so, you will take into account our customers' individual wishes and ensure high customer satisfaction through a strong service orientation. What you will do: When it comes to securing the arranged installment loans, you will act as an expert for our customers, advising them by phone on the corresponding insurance products.
