Mid-level UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a Mid-level UX/UI Designer to work with a benchmark client in the dental healthcare segment. In this position, you will be the operational link between the Product Owner and the client's UI/design team. You will receive business demands, understand and refine what needs to be done, and translate this into clear briefings that the design team can execute. You will also organize and monitor the design backlog and ensure that deliverables arrive with quality, visual consistency, and a great user experience. Understand and refine demands together with the Product Owner, clarifying requirements and pending information; Translate business needs into structured and actionable UX/UI briefings; Organize, prioritize, and distribute demands to the UI team; Monitor the progress of activities, deadlines, questions, pending items, and deliverables; Act as a bridge between the PO, stakeholders, and designers, facilitating alignments and decisions; Support delivery quality, visual consistency, and adherence to the design system and user experience; Organize and monitor the design backlog; Participate in agile rituals and interactions necessary for the work; Drive the routine with autonomy and proactivity.
